4. JAL Mileage Bank
JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) is JAL's frequent flyer programme (FFP). As a member, you can earn miles from flights, hotel stays, shopping, and other activities - and then redeem those miles for award tickets, e-money, and other special awards. For further JMB assistance, call the JAL European Reservations Centre Monday to Friday (except Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and UK public holidays).

5. IATA Agency Group Enquiries
Group quotations and bookings for JAL marketed/ operated flights must now be made using our new tool called the Group Sales Optimiser (GSO). GSO enables IATA agents to obtain group quotations in real time and book groups on JAL flights all by themselves. To request GSO access and for GSO-related support contact the JAL Group Desk.
