M E R H B A !
Welcome to our training programme about the Maltese Islands.
Malta, Gozo and Comino have long been a favourite holiday destination with British tourists seeking some rest & relaxation by the sea.
With over 7,000 years of history, the Maltese islands have been described as one big open-air museum. What makes them unique is that so much of their past is visible today and wherever you go, the Islands' scenery and architecture provide a spectacular backdrop.
With near year-round sun, you can indulge in outdoor living at its best. Spend as little as two days on the Maltese Islands and you can try a new sport, laze on an island cruise and tour the most important historic sites, with time to spare to enjoy the nightlife. That's the real advantage of a stay here, everything is in such close proximity you can really experience every minute of your time spent here.
Take our course to learn more about the Maltese Islands and gain precious insider knowledge that will help you answer your customers' enquiries.
The Malta Tourism Authority have been nominated in the 'Best Tourist Board' Category of the Globe Awards 2018. The nominees were chosen by Travel Weekly readers and the final winner will be voted for by the travel trade.
We love promoting all that the Maltese Islands have to offer. City breakers can enjoy a trip to Valletta; The European Capital of Culture 2018, families can experience adventure holidays, music enthusiasts can lose themselves in eclectic festivals and the LGBTIQ can relax in a supportive and friendly destination. All the while basking in over 300 days of sunshine a year.
The Malta Tourism Authority couldn't be as successful in its efforts without the continued support from the travel trade. We hope that you recognise our endeavors and vote for us in this year's Globe Awards.
Voting closes on the 8th of December.
