Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1. The Prize promoter is Heathrow Airport Limited (Company Number: 01991017), The Compass Centre, 1st Floor, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW6 2GW (the “Promoter”).

2. The Prize Draw

2.1. Entrants are eligible to win one £100 Love2Shop voucher.

2.2. The Prize Draw will be available for entry from 08:00 (BST) on 01 October 2024 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 (BST) on 15 December 2024 (the “Closing Date”) (inclusive).

3. How to Enter

3.1 On completion of the course your entry will automatically be registered by OTT.

3.2 Entry to the Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. The Promoter shall not charge any entrant for entering or attempting to enter the Prize Draw.

4. Eligibility to Enter

4.1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

4.2. Entrants must prove their age if requested by the Promoter.

4.3. Only one (1) entry per Agent is permitted. No automated entries will be accepted.

4.4. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Prize Draw in relation to the use of the internet.

4.5. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct or which are not eligible under Clause 4.

4.6. All required details must be provided for an entry to be considered valid. Entry cannot be accepted if all required details are not provided, incomplete or inaccurate.

5. Conditions of the Prize Draw

5.1. The course must be completed by the agent on or before 15 December 2024.

5.2. The Prizes are non-exchangeable and no cash.

5.3. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.

6. Winners

6.1. The prize winners will receive an email notification, and the vouchers will be digitally distributed through a dedicated email provided by the Entrant.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw (including changing the Prizes to alternative prizes at an equivalent value) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, a Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified.

7.2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed for example (but not limited to), as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the Prize Draw.

8. Personal Data

8.1. By entering the winner(s) agrees to their name and location being published on the Love2Shop and/or Heathrow Airport Ltd website in the form of ‘title’, ‘surname’ and ‘county’ or ‘country’.

8.2. By taking part in this Competition, all entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this Competition, including as necessary in respect of the administration of the Competition.

8.3. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.

8.4. Any entrant may object to the Promoter’s use of their personal data or request that the amount of personal data used for the purposes of clause 9.1 is reduced. Further information on how to exercise these rights can be found in the Privacy Notice.

8.5. Notwithstanding the winner(s)’s rights set out under clause 9, the Promoter may disclose the winner(s)’s personal data to such regulatory authority as appropriate, if required to do so. If a regulatory authority seeks to request disclosure of winners' details for a reasonable reason, the details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize(s) has been validly claimed.

9. General

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
