Dear Travel Partners,

Following the decision of the Moroccan authorities, all flights from Morocco to the United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands are suspended from tonight at 23.59 until further notice.

To that effect Royal Air Maroc is providing assistance to its passengers by authorising the change and reimbursement of tickets subject to the following conditions:

• Ticket Change: unlimited changes of ticket date and destination, free of charge until December 15,2021 to the same or another destination;
• Voucher Refund: refund by nominal voucher valid 12 months from the date of its issue. The voucher is refundable in cash on the expiry date.
• Cash Refund for tickets is possible only at the same point of sale where the original ticket was issued.
