Red Alert Diving: Newest Dive Facility in the "Wreck Diving Capital of the South”
Red Alert Diving (RAD) is the Florida panhandle’s newest full-service Dive Center and Aquatic Training Facility. Located in beautiful Panama City Beach, also known as the "Wreck Diving Capital of the South,” RAD divers have direct access to miles of uninterrupted sugar-white sand beaches, shipwrecks, natural reefs and freshwater springs. Duplin Winery
The largest winery in the South, Duplin Winery of Rose Hill, has broken ground on the family-owned winery's third exciting location. Located on 70 acres at the previous Hombre Golf Club, Duplin Winery is building a 35,000-square-foot complex that will be the home of an award-winning, laid-back Southernstyle wine tasting experience featuring specialty drinks, gourmet foods, merchandise, live entertainment and America’s Favorite Sweet Wine. It is expected to open in early 2022. Representing an initial $15 million investment, the attraction will employ more than 50 people. Over 20 acres of the property will be dedicated to conservation and preserving the land's natural beauty. Embassy Suites
The St. Joe Company and Key International, a prominent Miami developer, broke ground in August 2019 for a new $50 million Embassy Suites on Front Beach Road next door to Pier Park. The hotel, scheduled to open in March 2021, will feature 255 rooms in a sprawling four-and five-story "E"-shaped building facing the Gulf. Amenities will include an on-site restaurant, meeting space, fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, sky bar and upper-level event space with Gulf views. Homewood Suites by Hilton
The St. Joe Company broke ground in April for a Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel, conveniently located adjacent to the new Panama City Beach Sports Complex. Opening in Spring 2021, the four-story hotel will feature approximately 120 one and two-bedroom guest suites, each equipped with a full kitchen and refrigerator. Hilton Garden at Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport
Scheduled to open in 2021, the St. Joe Company is also building a new Hilton Garden Inn located adjacent to the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. The hotel features 143 guest rooms, meeting space and a full-service restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Margaritaville Panama City Beach Resort
Featuring Margaritaville’s casual-luxe design, the Margaritaville Panama City Beach Resort covers more than 13 acresin Panama City Beach and will offer a full-service hotel, vacation cottage rentals, a clubhouse with upscale amenities, an outdoor resort pool and a selection of signature restaurants and bars sure to transport guests to the Margaritaville state of mind. This project consists of 11 stories, 224 key Hyatt Place Hotel, a 3-Tiered 260 space Parking Garage, and a 7000 sf Retail Store in Panama City Beach. The hotel will include an additional pool deck with a large resort-style pool that includes a lazy river and several water features. The hotel will have 2 bars, kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, Public Space, meeting rooms, in house laundry, balconies on the South Facade, 4 elevators, and a Fitness Center.
