OTT launches US course sharing partnership with IATA
Online learning and marketing platform OTT has joined forces with global airline associate International Air Transport Association (IATA), in a partnership that will see OTT’s USA courses available to travel professionals on the new IATA AgentExperience platform.
AgentExperience is open to all agents in possession of one of the association’s IATA/IATAN digital ID cards. The card gives holders access to thousands of promotional experiences from global travel suppliers including flights, hotel stays, cruises and FAM trips, accessible via their desktop or mobile app. OTT’s partnership with IATA builds on the 10-year long relationship between the airline association and the online training course provider. OTT already resells more than 25 IATA courses within its platform.
The partnership will see an initial 12 OTT USA courses featured on the IATA AgentExperience platform. Travel professionals will be able to learn more about brands include Emirates, Fred Olsen, Norwegian and Star Alliance Canada through the free to access interactive courses.
