OTT keeps tabs on coronavirus situation with additional course functionality

OTT has introduced a new tab functionality enabling partners to share the latest information on how the coronavirus is affecting their destination or service with agents.

All courses published on the site will have an additional ‘Coronavirus’ tab added to the opening page of their course, under which partners can publish up-to-date information on the situation within their country or region.

The new functionality will enable agents to find out how or if the COVID-19 outbreak is affecting a particular destination or supplier, enabling them to find out accurate information and advice all in one place using just the OTT platform.

OTT is also publishing frequent updates on the situation within the UK from UK inBound, which can be found within the News section of the platform at https://www.onlinetraveltraining.com/uk/news/

New tab enables up-to-date information sharing

Julia Feuell, Founder and Managing Director of OTT explained: “COVID-19 has dominated the news agenda over the past week. At OTT, we want to give both partners and agents the opportunity to use the platform to share accurate and up-to-date information on this rapidly evolving situation.”

“OTT has an active and engaged audience of 65,000 travel professionals. The new course tab will help our course partners to navigate any misinformation surrounding the virus and share accurate, reliable, advice direct to agents. The new functionality will also help agents save time as they can gain up-to-date information on different destinations and suppliers in one place, rather than having to undertake multiple web searches for the latest travel advice.”
