Chauffeured Services in Governmental Travel Sector: Revenue Management Principles
Duration: 20-40 hours
Governmental and Institutional Travel and Tourism (GITT) is becoming increasingly common and has evolved over the years. This has led to both standardisation and specialisation of professionals involved in this newly defined sector.
Due to the complexity and special nature of these trips, it is necessary for chauffeured service suppliers to be aware of the requirements involved in serving these clients, such as: special rates, continuous changes in services, security or protocol, among others.
This module course is available in e-learning format from the virtual campus of the GITT Institute.
This course requires approximately 20 to 40 hours of study to be completed in 3 months from the purchase date (enrolment validity). After the enrolment validity expires, the users will not have access to the course content and will not be able to take the exam.
Student performance will be based on an examination. Please refer to the Exam Information below for more details.
