Joining a travel company from outside of the industry can be hugely challenging and daunting both for the employer and employee. New product, destinations, systems and policies are constantly appearing and when inducting a new starter its challenging for a manager to know where to start. This course fixes that problem. It can be completed as part of onboarding, prior to starting the job or within the first couple of days of employment and can be revisited time and again in order to embed the knowledge. When armed with a great foundation of understanding about the various elements of travel, newbies are able to fast-track through inductions and achieve more, much quicker.
