Overview

The Globo Balear Entertainment Group is a well established Mallorca based entertainment company that has developed a portfolio of the most popular tourist attractions in Europe. Its products cater for all of the broad spectrum of visitors to Mallorca. The Pirates Adventure dinner show and the Pirates Reloaded shows have been running in Mallorca since 1985 and during that time have entertained over 3 million tourists. In 2009 Globo Balear unveiled 'Come Fly with Me', an unforgettable mix of swing music, world class acrobatics and dancing, the show had a successful four year run in Mallorca. In 2011 Globo Balear launched an online and mobile Radio station - Radio One Mallorca on 93.8fm across the island of Mallorca, which remains the only English speaking radio station broadcasting 24 hours a day from the island. In 2012 Globo Balear also set up a dedicated events company, Globo Events, to manage its growing portfolio of events for well known clients and artists. Globo Balear supports many Mallorca based charities and has an on-going association with the Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital in London. The annual Pirates Charity Premiere has now raised well over seven hundred thousand Euros for the hospital. Globo Balear welcomes more than 100,000 clients a year and has 150 members of staff working in different departments throughout the business. Its aim is to stay ahead of the competition by constantly developing the calibre of its shows and offering a quality service at a price that provides the customer with excellent value for money. The cast is a truly international crew and has captured artistes from all four corners of the globe. Amazingly, the cast as a whole have won 27 Gold, 24 Silver and 24 Bronze medals at various World and European Acrobatic Championships. A further 55 Gold medals have been won at national level.
