TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you are selected as the lucky winner of this prize, then Riviera Travel River Cruises will contact you to confirm your prize win. Entries completed after 30th April 2023 will not be included within the prize draw.
The winning agent can book their prize cruise up to 90 days prior to the date of embarkation, on a space available basis.

No more than one entry per agent is permitted, and the winning agent must have successfully completed and passed all modules within the Riviera Travel River Cruises Academy.

This prize win is non-amendable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.

All cruises and cabins are subject to availability and this prize is available on selected dates, departing in 2023.

The choice of cabin category offered will be at the sole discretion of Riviera Travel River Cruises. Riviera Travel River Cruises reserves the right to change the cabin category booked at any time, prior to embarkation.

Once the booking has been confirmed, amendments may not be allowed and if allowed, they may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking which will require payment of the applicable cancellation fee.

Bookings are subject to normal booking terms and conditions. In view of this, purchasing travel insurance is strongly encouraged. The prize does not include international air, transfers, pre or post cruise accommodation or onboard gratuities. Any expenses incurred onboard or ashore such as but not limited to gift shop purchases, spa treatments, alcoholic or other beverages which are excluded from the drinks package, are the responsibility of the guest.

Included in the cruise are all port charges, taxes, meals onboard, and shore excursions as outlined in the 2023 brochure. A Complimentary Drinks Package, including red, white, and rosé house wine by the glass, draught beer, non-alcoholic beer and soft drinks during lunch and dinner only, is also included.

As part of this exclusive opportunity, the following is expected from the participant: he/she/they must attend a welcome meeting with a designated ship staff member, take part in a ship tour of available staterooms and public areas, and participate in an explanation of on-board programs to increase product knowledge.

Any photographs that can also be provided will be gratefully received and may again be used for Social Media activity.
