Know before you go

Federal law requires all travellers 2 years and older to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth at all times on board and at the airport. Masks with exhalation valves and vents are not permitted.
All travellers must complete a JetBlue health declaration during check-in, stating that they’re fully complying with CDC guidance  on quarantining and isolation (if applicable), are not currently under a public health quarantine or isolation requirement, and will comply with all airline, airport and government COVID-19 policies.

All air travellers entering or returning to the U.S. must complete an attestation form  no more than 1 calendar day before departure and provide the required contact tracing information prior to boarding.  

Entry restrictions and requirements vary for each destination and may change frequently. Please familiarize yourself with local mandates and advisories for all destinations on your itinerary, including connecting points. 

Need to change travel plans? There are no change or cancellation fees (except for Blue Basic fares).  Non refundable tickets can be held in credit for use at a later date with no change fee (excluding Blue Basic)

Breathe easy. The air inside our planes is completely changed about every 3 minutes with approximately 50% fresh air and 50% HEPA-filtered air. Plus, hospital-grade HEPA filters remove 99.97% or more of particles, bacteria and viruses.
