The safety of our visitors and colleagues is our number one priority. To help keep everyone safe, we’ve implemented a number of measures and changes to our experiences.
We will follow all up-to-date industry and government guidance to ensure you have maximum flexibility to exchange your tickets and confidence in your visit. Please keep checking this page because guidelines and restrictions change.
Register your Details
All visitors are encouraged to register their details when visiting using the NHS App.
If your clients are visiting Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, they may be asked for COVID certification details or proof of a negative lateral flow test on entry to the theatre.
We will follow all up-to-date industry and government guidance and so all visitors, aged 11 and up, are advised to wear a face covering during their visit.
Cleaning and Sanitisation
Enhanced cleaning will take place throughout the day focusing on touch-points such as door handles and barriers.
Hand sanitiser stations will be positioned throughout each venue.
Our toilet facilities will be open with additional hygiene measures in place.
If your clients or any member of their party feel unwell, please advise them not to visit. We can rebook their tickets for another day, subject to availability.
