Group booking request form

This form can be downloaded from the website once you've logged in.

For UK group bookings (7 or more passengers) including children and infants and for Overseas lounges (3 or more passengers), including children and infants. We will need to request the space for you from the lounge.

To view available Lounges see www.loungepass.com .For booking condition's i.e. Lounge entry conditions/child restrictions please check on Lounge Details on the website.

Please remember to check the lounge location is accessible from the terminal your customer's are travelling from and that the hours of operation match their  travel plans. Lounge Pass will not be held liable for any Lounge Pass holder that has not booked the correct lounge for their flight. Lounge Pass will not refund for any unused Lounge Passes. All cancellations for group bookings must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the departure date, otherwise no refund will be given.

NB: GROUPS REQUESTS REQUIRE AT LEAST 7 DAYS NOTICE in advance of the flight or visit date.

Lounges may not accept same sex groups and hen or stag parties are strictly prohibited. Any groups that have not been pre-booked in accordance with our group booking policy will be refused entry to the lounge and no refund offered.

Please email the completed request form to: groupbookings@loungepass.com. Once we receive a response from the lounge for your request we will advise by email.
