Wellness is always our priority
We’ve taken extra steps to make every journey as smooth and safe as possible; like personal wellness kits for all guests on board and additional deep cleaning of all our aircraft and touchpoints. We’ve also introduced a dedicated team of Wellness Ambassadors who are available 24/7 to answer questions and share advice. Online, at the airport and on board, our Wellness Ambassadors are always on hand to help. And for extra peace of mind, we’ve made it mandatory for guests to have a COVID-19 PCR test when they fly to and from select destinations. Our teams will validate test results to make sure that everyone stays safe when they travel.

More flexibility, more freedom
We understand how important it is for your customers to have the flexibility to change their plans if they need to. That’s why we’ve removed all change fees on flights booked before 31 August 2020. So, if your customer needs to change their flight, they can do it for free. Simple.
